    I agree Kookaburra, but look at the major shareholders - Yunnan Tin, Singpac and two majors one of which is Glencore I think investing within an investment house. There are the offtake partners for a start. I'm sure work is under way as we speak. The Board would have a lot to do with this rather than Rimas?? (imo uneducated though it is).
