Good post. Lot of vitriol on the UK bbs today and rightly so. 50% retrace in a month is crazy on the data issued to the market. UK PI's know this and there are emails flying all over the place to both UK and AUS market regulators. At one point this afternoon Cantor Fitzgerald were sat on the Ask at 4.75p.
So, clearly mms in the UK are milking this for all they can. Based on the volumes of this period, there is no major sellers, so one could presume that so called silent or sophisticated investors are not concerned. Logically, one could only arrive at this sentiment if words of comfort have been expressed by the Company privately through brokers or direct to larger holders.The rest of us appear to be mainly cannon fodder left to the mercies of the mms and what little updates are announced by OEX. Seems to me just another example of how the market mechanics treat PIs especially in the oil & gas market and it comes as no surprise that small investor have fled this market like the plague!
