This might sound a little simplistic but the way I figure is if the directors are happy to put there hands in there pockets at 15 cents, then I would be comfortable buying at this level. I believe these guys are building a very big company, and they are in the right business at the right time, every thing going in the right direction and share price should be a lot different in the not to distant future.
