The only advice I'm willing to give you is that 10 holdings is waaaay to much for the average individual.
I'm down from 3 to 2 after selling an offshore holding the other week as I simply don't have the bandwidth to follow more than 3 stories at a time - and I do this full time.
I can't and won't tell you what to do, but my portfolio is currently weighted about 50/50, but that can all change depending on daily price movements.
