Magellan exited the situation ages ago. It has no relationship to the current circumstances. CTP have done fracture modelling and plan to specifically target areas of highest natural fractureing. CTP will not be fraccing . CTP will not do anything that puts its " social license " to do business at risk - its doing just the opposite : minimising FIFO / buying things in Alice Springs as policy / paying a " little more " by buying in Alice its SUV's to create local community respect and loyalty. If Federal government reforms don't deliver the amount of transportation costs benefit CTP needs to be after tax profitable it may fail materially but it will not loose its ethical / moral / social reputation in Alice / N.T.
