Recently acquired by the ASX listed Longtable Group Ltd, BD Farm Paris Creek intends to grow its business rapidly.  As part of this expansion, Paris Creek is looking to appoint a practical, honest and committed person to the newly created role of HR Coordinator.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this hands-on position is responsible for providing HR administration and support across the organisation, as well as reviewing and managing HR policies and procedures, preparing all HR documents and communicating with management and staff on HR related matters.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Demonstrated ability and proven experience in human resources;
• Knowledge of WH&S and safe working environments;
• Ability to build relationships across management and teams;
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills;
• Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.

The successful candidate must possess appropriate tertiary qualifications and display an approachable, energetic and effervescent personality.
