Hi there, now that the failure of the merger with AVX is well behind us, I 'd be interested to know what "the shareholders who voted against the merger" think ... Considering AVX is going from strength to strength and PGL goes nowhere at every level, I would like to think that some now realise they have made a big mistake.

Having shares of both stocks, I was among the ones who thought that this merger made sense, but clearly haven't been very convincing. That said, it now seems like AVX is going to be in a stronger position, especially if the partnership with J&J eventuates, than what it would have been if the merger took place - so I guess I should thank all the PGL shareholders who made such a bad call.
