At some point and time a group of shareholders will say they have had enough and either bring a shareholder lawsuit to remove her or a proxy atty will gather up enough votes to oust her.

Its really up to shareholders to stop being passive and know their rights to bring action. Its not easy but public pressure and legal rights are the 2 avenues.

There will be more opportunities soon for the HIL board and JHL to publicly decide whether they want to create or kill value.
