I think this company is a great asset to have in the current environment as part of both a gold portfolio and a general portfolio.

Mainly because of its exposure to African gold explorers/miners.

I believe we are on the cusp of another gold boom and ASL is well positioned to take full advantage of this. Some of the drilling/exploration occurring all over Africa at the moment looks very promising. We know who the rising stars are.

ASL has decent management, good cash flow and lower debt than its main competitors.

I sold out of this recently to move into faster moving stocks but I'm looking at repositioning into this with a slant towards increased gold allocation.

This stock deserves more discussion. Let's hear your 2c worth.
