    Thanks for the link, some good news in there, but still many questions

    So we are only processing 25-30% of our own cattle through livingston, we buy the rest in.

    So we buy in 125k head, and kill or sell live another 160k head of our own, for total meat sales
    figure of $490mil, and on this we made $16mil profit.

    The majority of earnings are increases in the value of the land and the increases in the value
    of the 520k head we have because cattle prices have gone up.

    Of the 160k of our own cattle that we sold or killed, around 60k were from a reduction in
    our existing herd numbers.

    Am I reading this correctly, I am normally pretty good with balance sheets, but this one is
    trickier than most, can someone say whether I am on the right track or not
