    Hi guys,

    These shares will only belong to AGO as long as NO higher bid comes around, unless AGO is going to match that bid or makes a higher couner offer.

    So basically GIR is still in full play at this stage with the only difference that management is not allowed to give any info (no shop no talk) to any other potential bidders.
