I emailed the company and got this reply back regarding the court case:
"Thanks for your interest in State Gas. It is always good to hear from shareholders (and if you are not I hope you soon will be) through the website.
The court proceedings with our JV partner are currently at the pleadings stage and a hearing date has not yet been set. This is completely normal. We anticipate seeking directions from the court as to a timeline for the next steps in the next few weeks, so we will know a bit more after that. "
seems to be all tracking well. Just playing the waiting game with the courts I guess. Still could be a few months away from a verdict??
I hope there is a few short term holders that want out and we can pick up some cheap shares while this court hearing plans out. Would love to top up some more under 80c, these levels are still good buying IMO. So much upside.
