An offer on the company for a full TO shouldn't matter on the legal case if it was going down that path.
If it's a JV, might be more complicated and longer process until all parties are happy with the proces??
I got a feeling once its settled, either which way it swings, they would have a way forward with what ever course of action comes from the decision. There has been plenty of time to map out all options. Going to be some big money for holders IMO regardless of 80% or 100% ownership. Current MC sitting at approx 110 million, what's in the ground, 200, 400, 750 million worth of resources?? Seems very undervalued here, having Highbury Partnerships on the books tells me there must be something of value in the ground. Now just to keep snapping up shares when free money rolls in.
