As for your comment regarding concentrating on Maldon I understand that only for the strata problems at the Moons Crosscourse the drivage would be finished. This strata problem would also explain where some of the money has been spent as strata control is time consuming and expensive. IMO it would appear managements decision making regarding other projects and 3rd party contracts has been reasonable considering the delay.
