Second MOU signed, Stage 1 of project with further expansions stages planned, I can see this facility being something very big for CAQ. Peter Burns talked at the last AGM and said that the company intended to have part of the mix in the High value Species.

CAQ say in the announcement that they and the Singaporean partners are actively working with various authorities to secure suitable project sites, tells me that the company is well advanced.

And what a fish to grow the Creme Dela Creme of fish, high value Grouper, I can tell you that before they start growing this variety of fish they will be already sold, in some seafood markets this veriety of fish is auctioned just as they do in Japan with their Tuna because it is always in demand in restaurants and hotels, and the prouducers receive top doller.

Just recently in Taiwan a typhoon devastarted the country's aquaculture industry with their grouper industry open-pens having to be rebuilt, that program was valued at US $306 million over four years, No problem with typhoons for CAQ, we are land based.

Our Chairman Perry Leach says that the feasibility work is now virtually compleate in South Africa, I think we have well and truely turned the corner now....
