Ok - not much activity today, but the fact that there is more depth in the bid is an encouraging sign. Two weeks ago CIX looked like it was going to be a single digit stock; but now it seems to hold firm ground in the teens.

IMO - matter of time before we see 18 level (technical measure from 22 to 10 then back); then find a new base around 20. Kirk will need some long term reforms to take it much higher from there.
