Stephen Ng and Andrew Mitchel were both portfolio managers at Paradice, yes. Overall, a solid shop. The Opportunities Fund (with the longer track record) has been a first quartile performer over multiple time periods over the last 5 years. In fact, they have never been lower than top five over 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 years (out of 43 Aussie Small Cap Funds).
Remains to be seen how they go in a real pullback. But solid in my view.
