I’m not sure what fees will be.
Purchasing two industrial properties in Mackay. I’m not familiar with Mackay but things
are supposed to be going quite well right now with mining activity picking up.
I’m guessing any returns quoted are only guidelines and not to be taken as gospel?
I have applied to get the full PDS sent to me so haven’t really gotten into the nitty gritty of it yet.
I’m sure other on here are invested in similar and was just throwing it out there to see what things
people should be looking for/aware of with these type of investments?
