Thanks for your response.
I take your point with respect to the difference in weight of the contained rare earth metals in a carbonate and an oxide, which is a good one.
But, is there a difference in processing costs for processors seperating the seperate rare earth metals when they start with a carbonate mix compared to an oxide mix? Surely one starting point will be cheaper.
