Thinking about this project more, I am still struggling to see how this will get off the ground?
US$1.4-$2.0billion needed in Capex... What sort of deal would CAP be looking for? How will they secure funding? I mean, if the funding of $1.4billion was there, wouldnt they add another $50mil and buy CAP out and then fund it having 64%?
What are the thoughts here?
No doubt this is a great project however, this is way too big for CAP to handle. I would say sell the rights for $XXX and seek a royalty. Seems the most logical.
