Iron pellets (produced by Grange (ASX GRR) have a higher price than the fines which KML produce, but I am unable to establish the gap. I have been following GRR for a number of years and their sales price is always higher than KML price.
But it is a good sign for KML and thus GBG.
As noted in a previous post KML needs to be selling its product for at least $AUD135 for the next 10 years for KML to have any value to GBG shareholders. Maybe the tide is starting to turn in the right direction.
The board of GBG still value KML at zero.
Lets see how long the price of KML magnetite holds up.
The June quarterly report should give a bit of a guide.
