this is being kept below 25c. as soon as it looks like going up and over some joker puts over +$500k worth of shares up for sale at 24.5c (comes up as 24.5 u (undisclosed) on my screen.
no idea why. maybe the wrong people hold the oppies or something....obviously Westgold is one that has a heap of oppies but may not want the bill....
