My layman's opinion is that there is upside and downside 'risk' here. You would have to think that there is a premium built into the current share price.
Having said that; I have just read quickly through the court documents and if you think common sense plays any part in the whole sorry saga.........
It gets right down to an argument over semantics. So much money, time and effort burnt through over a government decision that was driven by attempting to appear to the electorate as not favouring the big guys. Hard not to get cynical as you get older when you are continually presented with this kind of F##k up.
