I agree that if it gets to 11 cents and is on solid footing (i.e. has a free cash flow) then 11 cents will be a starting point not an end point. In regards Ian Trahar and his own investment on the line, the 11 cents is an important price point for a few reasons I think, (1) being he may need to unlock some of his holdings to improve liquidity and show the market his commitment by having substantially less than 50%, and (2) his reputation was well established before he got into COZ and (3) he has quite some ground to recover in regards his own net worth due to historical events and COZ could well be the platform.
I also agree that they need to deliver on current commitments and have actuals measured against forecast for capital deployed to date in the aquaculture business but this must not stop the momentum of Project Sea Dragon as a long term strategy.
I may have mentioned before that I really like what they are trying to do and if I had the funds lying around I would partner them and fund it - staged of course.
