They have alliances with retail music labels - telstra has big pond both players will be profitable within the market - perhaps destra could do an apple and onsell applicable mp3 players to supplement the high margin low profit online music download market. I think they might have flexibility but they need to keep innovation coming to keep ahead of other major players into the future ie apple australia, microsoft australia - ive even heard looksmart and google will be looking to leverage their search engines to inhouse music download links.
