    Big boys (hi quality included) are 10 years ahead of nag in disposal business, they have perfected their business and fine tuned their control systems and mechanism.

    You can't just have state of the art weighbridge to take pass. If Marty can be bothered, he can list other required equipments and personnel needed to run a successful landfill site.
