The list is impressive. I don't want to harp on the past, but I am wondering if you happen to know who the big customer who they lost was, and why they lost that customer? All else should perhaps override it, but I never found the explanation (it's one of the questions I sent the company) and the loss is a bit disconcerting even with all of the others coming on board since that particular contract was apparantly quite large. Do you happen to know the details? I hope I'm not perceived as too negative here--just trying to understand things more..
