The action on HC and SP is to be frank - putting me to sleep.  

The stock shows plenty of promise, however I have held sonce Dec-2016 so keen to see some SP movement and company announcments. @BushChookSlayer has a great summary above in regards to what to expect.

Moving my sentiment from BUY to HOLD.
