You are absolutely correct in saying that the funding coming through to the company is just for admin. I do find it offensive that the management like to BS and say its for development, which we know it isn't. Any development work they have done in the last 18 months has been through the issuing of more shares.

I don't mind letting people know of my position here. I have had several discussion with management and rightly so due to the large investment I have in the company. For the most part I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. I think they totally botched up the FMG deal ( I actually think they thought that FMG would takeover the company) Neil is a terrible communicator, and he waffles. That aside I am happy with the strategic direction that the company is going. My caveat is this, I am giving management until the end of this year to have a clear path for the SP to appreciate. Neil actually thought it could be around 10c by the end of the year. Anyway if there is no positive movement with the SP by the AGM, both Neil and Kim will be faced with several please explains. So until this happens, let see what they can do, then decide to take action as appropriate.

As for the Lind move, well it has destroyed the SP thus far which contradicts a statement in the Lind announcement which said that further issuing of shares are expected to be at a premium of the current price (or words to that effect)
