Irrespective of everything which has been discussed in regards Director's , or indeed our ' inexperienced ' BOD. The Burden of proof of any purposeful wrongdoing is still clearly residing with the ASX ....or if after them, the ASIC.
So long as they maintain the line that whatever they have done has always been for the greater betterment and benefits to ALL shareholders - then I think there is no denying the existence of the ' Quid Pro Quo ' with any of the contracts and subsequent agreements made through albeit Everblu Capital or otherwise, and in the ordinary course of acquisition's of potential prospective assets.
