Have seen everything on the ASX and there are no rules and ASIC and ACCC have completely abdicated their roles in governing behavior, given everything I've seen in last couple of years. If they were even awake with the lights on, one would have thought HXG would have been issued a please explain by ASIC given only positive news since CR at 19.5 cents which was at discount to WAP at the time and now price down at 13.5 ie 31% drop in SP. Beggars beleif they actually have staff at ASIC let alone that they turn up for work!! IMHO
