I agree this individual is either:
1. Trying to big note themselves (A bit Year 9 schoolgirlish) A narcissist
2. Is someone with authority masquerading as a "distraught investor" who actually has an agenda which is to attempt to quell the tide of anger
3. Knows nothing and simply wants to get the keyboard warriors fired up!
