What next? Further delays due to Queen's birthday long weekend?
- On 3 November 2016 the company gave guidance debt/equity financing would be finalised Dec 2016-Feb 2017.
- HRR subsequently confirmed (30 January 2017) it couldn’t meet this guidance due to ‘year end slowdown’
- On 24 February the company gave new guidance that it would finalise arrangements by ‘end of the first quarter' (i.e. 31 March)
- HRR subsequently confirmed (23 April 2017) it couldn’t meet this guidance due to ‘Easter / ANZAC day holiday period’
