There are two different issues here:
1) they are not communicating in the way investors (of the size on this forum) like.
2) they may (or may not) be making progress by quietly achieving to the regulatory requirements.

For instance they needed environmental approval which required a sensitive agreement with Vieloa.
It took longer than expected but got done. I'll venture that their case would not have been served by blabbing about the sensitive issues involved.

Yes, we would all like to hear good news a the time.
However, experienced investors (as specifically opposed to speculators) know that's not realistic.
If were hearing the disappointment from speculators for which this forum centers. So be it.
Investors tend to understand that too. In fact they make money when the speculators get hacked off and leave at just the wrong time. talk yourself into it if you wish.
Note I'm not saying I don't make that mistake I do, and quite a lot. It's just I have a diversified portfolio so I feel it less for any given stock.
