Taking the four day break instead of say a two week holiday is a particularly efficient way of working.
In general Australian upper managers are working harder than they ever have.  The most noticeable component being their mobile phones being virtually always on. Managing stress is the issue and grabbing a four day break is smart. (If you want pubic servants go invest in a big highly regulated company.)
