    Not sure if you are asking for the original ratio of script vs cash or what we all think the ratio will be? My understanding was that the cash to be paid will be dependent on the net debt level at acquisition and thus it is variable. I'm looking forward to the RNC HY report for that very reason.

    Either way maybe you should start a new thread for this topic.
