I heard there were problems with some wording and the way the structure was setup and both have been dealt with.
This restructure extended to the de-stapling of the RMA Fund and RMA issuing Redeemable Preference Shares and Performance Shares to investors.
This structure was much more favourable to ASIC.

I agree I would have thought all this would have been across ASIC's desk a long time back.

Anyway things sound positive, just a shame they arent listing while the markets hot.
