I think admin and salaries are over the top given they seem to be simply waiting for someone to approach them with a farmin deal, or a takeover offer. That requires perhaps 3-4 people (2 execs and 1 admin assistant) in my book.
If its just a waiting game, they should be running on an absolute oil rag to stay open long enough to get a deal.
