lucky you (not reading LSE), adams is unbearable, someone else came up with that idea about the resolution, if magna refused extra dilution then it seems Ron has thought well we'll force it on you.

Obviously this is all assumption but it makes sense.

Magna now would need to rebuy in open market to maintain their position, or, and this is occuring to me as I write, it could p*ss them off. Would they sell? I'm not sure. I think there are decent things gonna happen here in the next 6 mths.
