It is interesting that the maximum amount a holder can subscribe to is only $15,000. Does this mean RM is expecting to release positive news to the market and wants more of the SPP to go to his mates or does not want to be in a situation where the offer is oversubscribed? Again half the story IMO trying to decipher OEX announcements but maybe worth a punt depending on how much the directors are willing to put into it.
