I think there is an alternative which I'll outline. You have been consistent in asking valid questions to do with corporate governance (albeit somewhat repetitively) up to now and I understand your frustration, that these matters have only been partially addressed. I also accept that your paper losses may be significant. If you are an original investor, who has not averaged down along the journey, I guess you could easily have seen 80 percent or more of the value of your shareholding eroded.
So what is my possible alternative view of RB? Well if RB had a stake all along and then (believing that eventually the company will either become profitable or be bought out) he significantly increases his stake when the seven million shares were on offer early last year, he could already have booked a tidy profit, perhaps even doubling his money if he had sold at 7 cents and had an average of say 3.5 cents. This scenario is possible depending on how many he bought at the bottom. If I am correct and RB is already in the black (on paper) then perhaps like me he still genuinely believes that the IP will be developed and all shareholders will be well rewarded when this occurs and the stock starts to feature on a few more radar screens.
On paper I am actually in the black at present! From his hard headed and disciplined approach I suspect Jukes may also be in the black.
So my thesis is that RB may be both a speculator and true believer. I don't use the term speculator in a pejorative sense, like you I enjoy some of what RB posts.... so perhaps the invective in the last post could be considered a bit severe.
