    why don't we all buy at this price as many shares as possible and make up the 35% required to get them to 50.1 percent and sell to Ferovial and make a killing

    Ferovial know this company is worth around $2 minimum and wants it for 1.50 and its trading at 1.05
    wow someone with guts can make lots of money!!!!!!
