You'll have to be a bit patient. Its going to take a 10 to 12 trading days to accumulate enough buyers to break through 15.5c and might bounce off this ceiling couple of times in between.
Paint drying is the right analogy here for the moment. Once it gets through 15.5c its gonna fly.
