I guess my main point is that cash is one of the biggest issues with small caps, which are often subject to CR's and become playthings of the Pattos and Hartleys of this world. Another is exhorbitant admin, LEG seem to have cash and admin under control at this point and aren't regularly trumping up new directors from nowhere. I do fully agree that this amounts to nothing without solid future projects and some successful drilling, but again that's high risk small caps really. Good discussion, cheers.
