So there's been no change in the SP really...

The shares issued @ .014 have a face value of .25

There are various opinions on what value a consolidation has. Sometimes it means that the SP will fall, as sellers take advantage of the reduced loss. Having bought @ .012, selling @ .29 is a smaller loss (3.3%) than selling @ .011 (8.3 %) - if you get my drift.

Fewer shares on issue can make it easier to raise capital though a SPP, as the number fo shares to be issued is not so mind-boggling...

There's probably other aspects... I'm no expert for sure... DYOR!
