IMHO, It would also depend on what deal the Management of AOE will get out of it for themselves beside the normal thing, after the T/O will be completed, IF and WHEN.

Sometimes Management will get new positions offered to them at very lucrative remunerations as well.

I don't say that our MD will do that, but it has happened before. After all, who is going to run the new company (Shell and Petrochina), if it all happens..??
