After todays announcement I decided to sell out. Up and until today I never thought Id have to sell out of Qube but todays announcement changed that. The Moorebank deal will be a good deal but it seems Qube may struggle somewhat over the next 12 months to 18 months, that being the case I thought I would cash out today. I think Qube may fall further if the economy doesn't lift soon. I will be looking for a reentry close to $1.80-$2.00 if possible.
