I know what I would do, and that is to let THX spend its shareholders' money doing the hard yards - and that in fact is what is has done. Watch and wait!
SFR wins either way. If THX happened/s to strike minable copper then SFR would buy it or do a deal (there is no-one else to take it), with the copper in either case going through the DeG plant. Both SFR and THX win that way. However, if THX can't find minable copper, then SFR wins by being able to piggy-back on THX's work. It would all be useful one way or the other. I think though that THX has just about given up on Red Bore, so the site might become available quite soon and also quite cheaply to SFR, if it wants it that is. Bill Richmond (as part owner) though, might have a say in what happens.
Remember too that Red Bore is only 2 sq kilometres. Also note that it has already yielded a VHMS copper deposit at and near the surface (too small to be useful though), so maybe that's it!!
All that said, I reckon that SFR would one day like to own RB as it is in the way.
