I enjoy the friendly banter,plus i get to look up some new big words and stuff.
I'm still trying to work out if Clive is naked or not(the emperor has no cloths)I see him with cloths on so am i special?
All in all Clive isn't running ARH just putting up the running cost's, he is on a win win no matter what happens he will still hold the lease, We at best will have a tax loss and a good long lesson on why to have a stop loss, my excuse is i was away on holidays in Thailand for 3 months,no internet no phone no worries.Was going to use my dividends from ARH to fund my holidays, still might lol.



I plan to live forever.so far so good.
