I want to revise my offer to all shareholders in light of the recent drop in ARH's share price:

I will offer anybody who wants to sell a parcel of between 100,000 - 5,000,000 shares to me, 1 cent more per share than the current offer price.

i.e. current buy 22c, current sell 22.5c

You can sell all or part of your shares to me for 23cents per share.

Although that's only a small premium to the current market value, I believe it to be very generous in the current market climate particularly for a seller who needs to offload a larger parcel of shares and would likely have to take 10% less than the current market value due to the volatility involved in selling a large parcel of shares in an illiquid company
